Return a rasterio environment for public HTTP(S) sources, without credentials.
Usage
raster.http_env(**options)Parameters
**options: str- GDAL configuration options that override GDAL_HTTP_OPTIONS.
Returns
AbstractContextManager- Context manager that applies the options while active.
