Return a zero-padded UTM zone identifier.
Usage
raster.get_utm_zone_string(projparams)Parameters

Value accepted by
pyproj.CRS.
Returns
str-
UTM zone such as
"32N"or"01S".
Raises
ValueError- If the CRS is invalid or has no UTM zone.
