## s3.aws_session()


Return a cached rasterio AWSSession for an S3 path.


Usage

``` python
s3.aws_session(path)
```


Refreshable credentials remain refreshable. Clear the cache after changing static credentials during a process.


## Parameters


`path: UPath`  
S3 path created by [make_s3_upath()](s3.make_s3_upath.md#freezebase.s3.make_s3_upath).


## Returns


`AWSSession`  
Session using the path's authentication settings.
